Do you sell gift cards?
A gift voucher can be requested via e-mail to info@martinaskvaro.ch.
What payment methods are available?
After receiving your order, you will receive my bank details, to which you can transfer the amount manually or by credit card. Alternatively, an agreement can be made via email, and a payment method will be suggested. Martina Skvaro reserves the right to reject any payment method. Payment must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the goods. For orders over CHF 100, payment in advance is required.
What if something breaks after a certain period of time and a replacement part is needed?
We are human beings, and human beings can talk to each other. In principle, any individual part can be replaced. The cost of the replacement part is borne by the person requesting it. Send me a photo of your defective part with the subject "Request for replacement part." I will evaluate each case individually and decide whether to provide a replacement part. Of course, I am fundamentally in favor of my products being repaired and used for as long as possible. If something breaks during delivery from me to you through no fault of your own, see our terms and conditions.
Can I order a larger quantity?
If you would like to order a larger quantity of my products, please send me an email with the quantity to info@martinaskvaro.ch. Since certain products require production time, specific arrangements must be made.
